From the Founder | March 2019
Firstly I wanted to say a warm welcome to those of you who are joining us for the first time – and there’s quite a few of you. Hundreds of parents-to-be signed up to our newsletter last weekend at the Baby Show and we wanted to say THANK YOU. We hope you enjoy what we share. If you like it, please do tell others! We’re trying to drive a move towards confident, guilt-free parenting, and we can only achieve that with your help!
So, turning to what’s been going on this month…
Wow. What a whirlwind.
We’ve been working really hard at preparing our first ever product – NURTURE Mobile. And I’m pleased to announce it is here, hurrah! Shiny new packaging and all. We hope you will love it as much as we do 😊 And as a special thank you to our followers, we are offering subscribers an exclusive 20% off and a free NURTURE tote bag until the end of the month. If any of you would like to be featured, we are welcoming product reviews and would love to share our followers own stories of the mobile. Interested? Say firstname.lastname@example.org.
As if launching our first product wasn’t enough, we also hosted our first ever public appearance at The Baby Show. If you haven’t seen it already, check out our NURTURE haven, complete with soft fabrics, plants and some mesmerising mobiles of course! Several babies hung out with us and enjoyed the mobiles, and thanks to the 170+ parents-to-be who gave us such overwhelmingly positive and supportive feedback – you really made us feel motivated to make this happen!
Finally, we’re also really proud to announce that our mobile has been stocked in the first ever shop! NURTURE mobile is now available to buy at Science Gallery London. If you haven’t yet heard about this incredible new space for Art & Science, head there immediately! (It’s 2 mins from London Bridge tube so Londoners have no excuse). Their latest season SPARE PARTS rethinks human repair, and features an installation exploring how mothers pass on their microbiome to baby. Most excitingly (and refreshingly), this features a baby feeding area which has been designed in consultation with new parents, allowing you to enjoy the installation with your baby. You can also see our NURTURE Mobile there on show, alongside the artworks. (We like to think, as one of the artworks 😊)
Have a very happy March (including the all important Mothers Day of course).
